Keep Good Intentions. Before you start doing your job keep in your heart that you want to do this not because of you only, but it is for your family for people around you. You want to help to solve the problems occured. Sometimes, we tend to smile for small things that we give to other people and they appreciate it as well. If you feel that your work was a burden and that is not what you want, get yourself a peace and try to remember why you need to be there.
Intelligence vs Attitude. A recent study from Stanford University reveals that attitude is a better predictor of success than intelligence. In that particular study, people are divided between two attitudes; fixed mindset and growth mindset. People with higher IQ generally tend to be in the fixed mindset group whilst people with lower IQ are generally growth mindset people. Based on the research, you can see that it is important not only to be intelligence but also need to have good attitude. Fixed mindset people are confident in their ability and intelligence but when something challenging comes their way, they fall so easily. That effort people, is what we call a good attitude; one that has been searched by employers all around the globe.
